WHO AM I ?
Formerly a computer engineer, I left the machine to work on the human.
In search of more well-being and fulfillment, it was in 2019 that my life took a turn, initiated by a trip to Asia.
A cultural but also introspective journey, on the path to self discovery.
Over the course of my learning, my curiosity for the strong body/mind connection led me to pass my certifications as a yoga teacher, meditation guide and breathing coach.
Today I am keen to share my experience on the disciplines that have positively impacted my life.
The E-motion coaching concept was born.
